About this wine
Vinification
The fully ripe grapes are harvested by hand, then pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees for six months in stainless steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with seafood, fish, shellfish, crustaceans, white meat or mild soups.
