Vinification
Fermentation proceeds slowly in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, with four months of skin contact.
Ageing
The wine remains on its lees for at least four months in the same stainless-steel tanks, followed by two months in bottle.
Label / history
The label features an artistic design with a whale recalling the sea that once covered the land.
