Cantine Aperte 2023

Cantine Aperte took place at Novaia on 27 and 28 May 2023, from 10:30 to 18:00. Visitors could explore the villa setting among vineyards, olive groves, cherry trees and old dry-stone walls. The programme presented the estate’s organic Valpolicella, Ripasso, Superiore, Amarone and Recioto and included scheduled workshops pairing Novaia wines with American barbecue prepared by Gastronomia Toni di Gusto. Admission included three organic wines—Valpolicella, Ripasso and Amarone—and a souvenir glass, with additional barbecue dishes available separately.
