Amatissime: Beloved Recipes from a Tuscan Family Estate

The new edition marked Giovanna and Ambrogio Folonari's 60th wedding anniversary. Giovanna's experience of receiving friends and leading cooking classes in the 17th-century Villa di Nozzole inspired a collection of recipes, memories and hospitality traditions. The revised book added updated design and guidance on pairing the dishes with family-estate wines. It also presented Villa di Nozzole and Casavecchia among the family's accommodation properties.
