The series was led by oenologist Roberto Potentini and explored cellar work, the Nozzole barrel hall, the functions of different wooden vessels and the philosophy behind individual wines. A tasting commission brought Potentini together with oenologist Raffaele Orlandini, the agronomist and the Nozzole cellar master to assess development and guide cellar decisions.
