The Nozzole episodes began with the Chardonnay harvest for Le Bruniche. As the Sangiovese approached maturity in newer plantings, the oenologist tasted berries from individual vineyards to determine their readiness for their respective wine projects. A further episode followed the precisely timed harvest of Trebbiano and Malvasia for Vin Santo and their transfer to the old drying space beside Villa di Nozzole.
