The new Ottella classic method

The range added a Blanc de Blancs made entirely from Chardonnay and a rosé counterpart, Roses Roses Brut, made from Pinot Noir. Both use the SoloUva method. Estate-produced grape sugar is employed throughout production, including bottle refermentation and any dosage, in place of exogenous sucrose or concentrated rectified must. The Blanc de Blancs label was conceived around a minimal visual sign intended to convey the estate’s style.
