Harvest 2025 – Winemakers’ Forecasts

The 2025 season on Monte Vulture allowed steady vine development and brought the grapes to complete phenolic maturity in healthy condition. Cooler temperatures and pronounced day-to-night shifts from mid-August helped preserve aroma, freshness and acidity. The expected wines combined balance, aromatic depth and structure with a clear expression of the Vulture’s volcanic character.
