About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow on a gravelly limestone plateau at 60 m elevation. The vines average 15 years of age and are planted at a density of 5,600 vines per hectare.
Vinification
Vinification takes place without maceration. Fermentation is conducted in stainless-steel tanks at 17–19 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for seven months, with weekly bâtonnage, followed by a short period of bottle ageing in the winery’s cellars.
