Locanda Podernovo named a Locali di Charme destination

Locanda Podernovo was named one of 11 Italian “Locali di Charme” during Golosaria Milano on 8 November 2021. The recognition followed a survey in which contributors to the ilGolosario restaurant guide identified it as one of their most satisfying experiences of the year; the restaurant was consequently assigned a dedicated entry in the guide's 2022 edition.

The restaurant forms part of Tenuta Podernovo's hospitality activity. Its cooking is centred on Tuscan and Italian classics, seasonal raw materials and respect for each ingredient's quality and form. Some produce comes directly from Casale Podernovo's organic vegetable garden, while other ingredients are purchased from small artisan producers. The restaurant's cuisine and hospitality are intended to communicate the landscape and food culture of the Colline Pisane.
