Una nuova interpretazione di PoggioArgentiera su “Le Pagine del Vino”

Poggio Argentiera passed to Stefano and Simena Frascolla in 2015, beginning a new effort to interpret a Maremma terroir markedly different from the family’s previous experience around Suvereto. Stefano involved his son Giovanni from the 2016 harvest, shortly after Giovanni graduated in oenology from the University of Pisa. The production ethic emphasised lower environmental impact through integrated agriculture, natural pest antagonists and soil cultivation that inhibits weed development. In the cellar Giovanni was supported at that time by oenologist Giordano Dario.
