The event “I Sapori della Biodiversità” brought Sicilian biodiversity to the table at Ristorante Palazzo Branciforte in Palermo on 11 January 2019 at 20:30. Chef Bonetta dell’Oglio and Gaetano Billeci participated, while wines from Porta del Vento and Azienda Agricola Guccione were presented for tasting under the Renaissance Italia banner.
