About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown on marl and sandy soils in Collio.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness, then sorted and destemmed at the winery. Skin maceration takes place in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation begins after alcoholic fermentation is complete.
Ageing
The wine ages in French oak barrels for 24 months, followed by a further 24 months in bottle.
