About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the first half of September and carefully sorted. After brief skin contact, they are gently pressed.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C.
Tasting profile
The aroma is bright and complex. The palate is clean and crisp.
