Our Wines in the Singapore Spotlight

The dinner took place at Amò in Singapore on 1 September 2021 as part of the Partners in Wine series. The restaurant’s chef paired four selections represented by importer Cellar Master—Vernaccia di San Gimignano 2018, Chianti Classico Riserva 2017, Il Picchio Gran Selezione 2018 and Cignale 2015—with a menu combining Italian and Asian flavors.
