Technical data

Tasting profile

The 2025 vintage is straw yellow. Its fresh, fruit-led bouquet recalls pear, apple and tropical fruit, with lively citrus on the finish. Hawthorn and other white-flower nuances emerge with time. The palate is dry and savoury, supported by balanced acidity.

Serving and pairing

Fresh and versatile, it can be served as an apéritif or paired with rich salads, first courses, fish dishes and white meats.

Vintage notes

Winter was mild and free of frost and freezing temperatures. Generous spring rain replenished the soil and groundwater, supporting regular, even budding from April. June was dry and sunny, encouraging harmonious shoot and bunch development. July brought strong diurnal temperature variation, while mild temperatures and well-distributed rain during summer allowed the vines to complete their growing cycle.
