Ridolfi on tour: four restaurants for a great Sangiovese

The tour paired Ridolfi wines with authorial cuisine at four restaurants. Its presentation recalled the estate’s former ownership by the Florentine Ridolfi family, Giuseppe Valter Peretti’s acquisition in 2011, the subsequent restructuring of its buildings and vineyards, and Gianni Maccari’s arrival in 2014. It characterized the estate’s approach as traditional and focused on the character of its grapes.

The scheduled stops were Il Comandante at the Romeo Hotel in Naples on 7 October, Divinity Terrace at The Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel on 14 October, Liberty Milano on 21 October and Konnubio in Florence on 28 October.
