About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are selected from north-facing vineyards in the province of Agrigento, Sicily. The local microclimate promotes full ripening and concentrated aromas while preserving crisp acidity.
Grapes
100% Pinot Grigio.
Vinification
The grapes are crushed and destemmed, then softly pressed. After static settling, the clear must ferments at 12–14°C.
Ageing
Following fermentation, the wine rests on its lees for approximately 3–5 months. It is then racked and sulphited.
Tasting profile
Pale yellow with golden highlights. The complex bouquet combines peach, grapefruit, lemon and lime with herbal, mineral, oak, vanilla and nutmeg notes. Medium-bodied, round and balanced, with a pleasant texture and a long, clean, spicy finish.
Serving and pairing
Serve at 10–12°C. Pair with rich pasta dishes, white meat and cheese, or with cream soups and grilled fish.
