Rocca di Frassinello celebrates its 20 harvests

Twenty years after the first 2004 harvest, Rocca di Frassinello celebrated the milestone with a limited edition of its original grand vin. The inaugural wine had brought together Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as the principal expression of the Italian–French project between Castellare di Castellina and Château Lafite Rothschild. The anniversary edition was unveiled in the Renzo Piano cellar during a masterclass led by Gabriele Gorelli, the first Italian Master of Wine, and Alessandro Cellai, Rocca di Frassinello’s winemaker and Vice President.
