About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
Harvesting runs from the last third of August to early September. The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless-steel tanks for 14 days at a controlled temperature of 12–15 °C.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless-steel tanks for eight months, followed by one month in bottle.
