Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
Harvest takes place at optimal ripeness in the second half of September. The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless steel tanks for 12 months.
