About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes are grown in vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
Harvest takes place at optimal ripeness from mid-September to mid-October. The grapes are gently pressed, then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks for 12 days, including 10 days of maceration.
Ageing
The wine matures in stainless steel vats for six months, followed by one month in bottle.
