Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from vineyards in Tuscany.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness in the second half of September, gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for six months.
