Harvest 2019

An averagely rainy winter was followed by warm, dry March and April weather, allowing rapid early growth. Heavy May rain slowed the vines, before two hot, dry months beginning in June restored the seasonal progression.

Veraison began in early August and concluded toward the end of the month. September remained warm without excessive heat, and intermittent rain supported even ripening. Harvest took place on 5–6 October, with both quantity and quality assessed as exceptional.
