Vineyard and terroir
The Sangiovese is grown in Montalcino, Tuscany. Production is limited, and the wine is certified organic.

100% Sangiovese.
Vinification
The rosato is produced by the saignée method, with 12 hours of skin contact. Fermentation and ageing take place in barrique and amphora.

Production is 900 bottles.
Tasting profile
The colour is likened to the coppery-red skin of a Tropea onion. The cool-toned nose carries a few green nuances, followed by cherry and other red fruits. The palate is rich, intense and highly approachable, with bright acidity and freshness that persists through the long finish.
