About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from the producer's own vineyards in Lazio, farmed with biodynamic methods.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. The wine then ferments on the skins in steel vats for 136 days.

The wine is produced in very limited quantities.
