Angolature

Angolature opened the two-event cycle Angolature: Accadrà da Michele Satta, paired with Fermento. Its central question concerned the individuality of perception: whether everyone sees the same things or views a changing world from a distinct personal angle.

The winery became a point of departure for imagination and exchange among different arts. Lucia Satta framed the programme as a defence of personal, conscious and original vision against cultural uniformity, connecting artistic freedom with the estate’s long-running work of care, research, observation and experimentation.

The participating artists were Emil Cottino, Andrea Noviello, Teresa Satta and Elena Maria Canavese. Their contributions employed sculpture, photography and visual documentation. The event ran from 20 August to 3 September 2021, although the archive listing gives 23 August as its starting date.
