Silvia, the hospitality manager, welcomes guests and introduces the estate’s philosophy, territory and historical context. Weather permitting, the visit includes a vineyard walk. Roccolo provides views across the Piave, the Conegliano–Valdobbiadene hills and, in clear weather, the Venetian lagoon.

The cellar route passes stainless-steel tanks, barrels and underground corridors. It also visits the Grottino, where the oldest bottles preserve around four decades of vintages and stylistic evolution. The concluding tasting covers three to six wines in an informal, question-friendly setting. A typical visit lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours; the cellar remains around 15°C.
