Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation begins spontaneously. The wine undergoes skin maceration, followed by spontaneous malolactic fermentation completed in stainless steel.
Tasting profile
The bouquet combines wild roses and wild strawberries with further floral nuances. The floral character continues on the palate alongside spicy and saline sensations.
Recognition
The 2023 vintage received 91/100 from Wine Advocate and 87/100 from Wine Spectator in the winery’s 2025 acknowledgements. Wine Advocate also rated the 2019 vintage 91/100 in 2020.
