Mani per il Meyer

“Hands for Meyer” is scheduled for Monday, 31 August, from 19:30 at Castello di Spaltenna. Held under the patronage of the Comune di Gaiole in Chianti, the evening brings together more than twenty figures from Italian fine dining as well as pastry chefs, artisan bakers, mixology professionals and local producers.

Il Pievano Executive Chef Antonio Iacoviello leads the culinary team. Participating chefs named in the programme include Cristiano Tomei, Gaetano Trovato, Vito Mollica, Roy Caceres, Paolo Barrale, Giuseppe Biuso, Claudio Mengoni and Simone Caponnetto.

All proceeds are to be donated to Fondazione Ospedale Pediatrico Meyer for patient care, research and hospitality projects supporting children and their families.
