STATTI at Calici in Borgo 2026: wine tells Calabria’s story through the lanes of Fiumefreddo Bruzio

On 26 and 27 June 2026, Statti 1784 participated in Calici in Borgo, an annual summer event held in the historic centre of Fiumefreddo Bruzio. The village became a tasting route devoted to Calabrian wine and food.

The event was conceived as a means of interpreting Calabria through its products and of highlighting the producers who preserve and promote the region’s wine culture.

The hilltop settlement, overlooking the Tyrrhenian coast, provided a setting of stone lanes, historic buildings, panoramic squares and sea views. Tasting stations, local food, music and meetings brought producers, enthusiasts and members of the trade together throughout the village.

The initiative linked wineries, institutions and the local community in a shared presentation of Calabria’s cultural and gastronomic heritage.
