2021 Harvest Report

The 2021 harvest at Masseria Surani started roughly ten days later than usual. Very high temperatures during July and August made the season uncertain, but experience, technology and vineyard management preserved quality, and the fruit reached the winery in excellent sanitary condition. Fabio Mecca Paternoster emphasized continuous tasting and daily analysis as the means of identifying the correct harvest moment.
