About this wine
Vinification
Fermentation took place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 14–16 °C for 15 days. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine aged for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, followed by a further month in the bottle.
Label / history
The first wine made by Conti Tasca D'Almerita on the Regaleali estate, it has been produced for 52 years. It is a blend of several grape varieties. The traditional style is reflected in the Rhine-shaped bottle, used for many well-known white wines.
