About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve rich berry and fruit notes. The must ferments for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled 14 °C. Part of the must undergoes malolactic fermentation, which the text credits with achieving the wine's attractive pink colour.
Ageing
The wine ages for 3 months in steel tanks.
