About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from the 1.7-hectare “Viale delle Noci” plot, at an altitude of 460 metres. The vines were planted in 2017 at a density of 4,160 vines per hectare, in fine clay soils containing a small proportion of limestone.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at 20 °C for 10 days, followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests for several months in stainless-steel vats.

Well-balanced on the palate.
