The seventh edition, “Harvest of Identity,” follows the annual cycle through the Mazzei estates and considers the interaction of nature, time and human knowledge. Sustainability is treated as a responsibility to future generations through Equalitas certification at company level, natural compost, Zisola’s organic vineyards and Belguardo’s ongoing conversion. Other subjects include Fonterutoli woodworker Davide Bruni, an autumn journey through Sicily and a honey-roasted pork recipe from Camilla Mazzei’s family collection.
