Selvante Toscana IGT was introduced as a pure Cabernet Franc selected from Segalari, the highest vineyard area in Bolgheri. The parcel’s soil is clay-rich with flaky skeletal material. Together with the pure-Merlot Baia al Vento and pure-Petit Verdot Gallico, Selvante advances the estate’s strategy of connecting quality-focused monovarietal wines to individual vineyard parcels.
