Roberto Potentini and the estates’ collaborators documented the progress of the 2021 harvest from late August to mid-October. At Tenuta Campo al Mare, the grapes were completing ripening and were checked every day so the team could identify the appropriate harvest moment for Baia al Vento Bolgheri Superiore.
