Centovie, our new organic Pecorino

The 2015 organic Pecorino introduced the Centovie project at Vinitaly 2017. The Bernetti family connected its development to the estate’s sunny, windy position, balanced subsoil, maturing vines and coexistence of row and overhead-trellis training. The name arose while viewing the estate rows from the Centovie locality on a clear day. The old lemon tree beside the farmhouse inspired the label, and a future Montepulciano selection was announced as the next step once the vineyards had reached the desired maturity.
