Rambaldi Apartments wins the Global Best of Wine Tourism 2026

Rambaldi Apartments received the Global Best of Wine Tourism 2026 after first winning the Verona competition’s Accommodation category and then competing among projects from the eleven Great Wine Capitals. The award was presented to Agostino Rizzardi at Borgo Bardolino on 13 March 2026.

The hospitality residence occupies restored former cellars and related family buildings in central Bardolino. Its 53 apartments are distributed among former barrel rooms, workshops, lemon houses and administrative buildings from several historical periods. The project followed the transfer of wine production to the modern winery outside the town and gave the old productive spaces a new role in hospitality.
