Fantinel flies with the Pope again

During Pope Francis’s September 2019 journey through Mozambique, Madagascar and Mauritius, Alitalia included Venko Collio Rosso on board. Venko was presented as Tenuta Sant’Helena’s leading red, made from Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Nero grown at Vencò. The production account highlighted selection of the best estate grapes, careful vinification and prolonged maturation in oak. The occasion continued an existing relationship between Fantinel and Alitalia for papal travel: a Fantinel Prosecco had accompanied Pope Francis on his first international journey as pontiff in July 2013.
