The wine is made from raisined Moscato grapes.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in October and undergo cryomaceration.
Ageing
The wine matures for 36 months, followed by six months in bottle.
Label / history
The name refers to Mercury, the planet closest to the Sun. The 2005 vintage was named Italy’s best Moscato wine in the Il mio vino catalogue.
