About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from a terraced, sea-facing vineyard in the municipality of Riomaggiore. Its approximately 1.2 ha are divided into sixteen plots with sandy soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September. A short skin maceration is followed by low-temperature fermentation.
Ageing
The wine matures on its lees in stainless-steel tanks for one year, followed by a further six months in bottle.
