Closure of Terre del Principe

Terre del Principe announced that it would close after twenty years of work devoted to recovering, studying, relaunching and promoting Pallagrello and Casavecchia. Peppe Mancini and Manuela Piancastelli emphasised that they were well and faced no operational problem; they regarded this chapter of their lives as complete and approached the decision without sadness.

The releases then in commerce—Le Sèrole 2019, Castello delle Femmine 2020, Ambruco 2017, Centomoggia 2017 and Piancastelli 2017—were assigned to Vino & Design for sale in Italy until exhausted. A limited selection of older vintages, including magnums, remained available at the cellar.
