Il progetto Terre di Plovia nella suggestiva cornice delle Grave friulane

The article places Terre di Plovia in the Grave, an alluvial landscape of the upper Friulian plain close to the Prealps. The mountains contributed to the formation of the terrain, shelter it from cold northern winds and work with the Adriatic influence to shape favourable conditions. The project is presented through its relationship with this landscape and its recovered local varieties.
