Terre di Plovia, progetto friulano per la valorizzazione dei vitigni autoctoni

The article introduces a pair of wines intended to restore attention to two rare pieces of the Grave’s viticultural heritage. It presents the project as a continuation of the Armani family’s interest in indigenous grapes, connecting wine genetics inseparably with territory. The white and red combine recovered Friulian material with established varieties while preserving Sciaglin and Piculit Neri as the distinctive elements.
