About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The estate vineyards lie at 500 metres above sea level on volcanic soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in the second half of August and gently pressed at the winery without destemming. The must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 18 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests on its fine lees for 5–6 months.
