Tommasi celebrates the 120th anniversary of its foundation

The anniversary marked 120 years since Giacomo Tommasi’s first Valpolicella Classica parcel. Pierangelo Tommasi described the milestone as both an honor and a responsibility, emphasizing long-term investment in quality, research, wine culture and resilient growth.

Giancarlo Tommasi identified Amarone as the wine most closely linked with the family’s development and with the international recognition of Valpolicella. The anniversary collaboration with Italian design company Seletti produced a collector’s Amarone bottle with a porcelain label and distinctive packaging.

The family framed its contemporary direction around quality at every production stage, respect for traditional techniques, openness to experimentation, sustainability and hospitality.
