About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in the Masseria Surani vineyards in the heart of Puglia.
Grapes
Fiano is blended with a small amount of Chardonnay.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks for 10 days at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests in bottle for four months after bottling.
Label / history
The name “Arthemis” refers to Artemis, the Greek goddess of hunting, the moon and magic.
