About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit is grown in vineyards at Suvereto in southwestern Tuscany, at 50 m above sea level. The vines are planted on clay soils at a density of 7,500 vines per hectare.
Vinification
Each variety is vinified separately in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine matures for 6–8 months in second- and third-use French barriques.
Tasting profile
Rich and elegant, with a balanced style.
Label / history
Also known as “Tierre”, TR is a relatively recent creation from Tua Rita.
